Viral Voting

Privacy Policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

Viral Voting is run by EJR Associates, LLC (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you build or join a voting chain and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your name or handle and zip code, and the state we derive from it.
  • Your email address, which we verify with a one-time code.
  • Your mobile number, if you choose to give it.
  • Your pledge to vote Republican, who invited you, and who joined through your link.
  • Whether you left the sharing box checked, with its exact wording and the time.

What is public

Your name or handle, zip code, state, rank title, score, and chain size appear on your chain page, share card, and the leaderboard. Anyone with your link can see them. Your email and mobile number are never shown publicly.

How we use it

  • To verify you, run your chain, and restore it if you sign in on another device.
  • To limit fake or duplicate sign-ups.
  • Unless you uncheck the sharing box at sign-up, to share your name, zip code, email, and mobile number with Republican candidates, campaigns, and committees, who may contact you themselves.

The box is checked when you sign up and reads: “Yes, we may share your name, zip code, email, and mobile number (if you gave one) with Republican candidates, campaigns, and committees.”

We don't send texts. If you uncheck it, we do not share your contact info, and the only emails we send you are your sign-in codes.

Candidate Spotlights

Some voters see a short video from a Republican candidate running in their area, chosen by the zip code they enter. These are paid messages, labeled “Sponsored” with the campaign's “Paid for by” line. Candidates never receive your contact info through a Spotlight, and we only count how many times each video plays.

Your choices

To stop sharing, sign in again with the box unchecked or email us. To see what we hold about you, or have your chain and contact info deleted, email support@memspire.com. Withdrawing consent does not recall info already shared with a campaign before your request.

Security and retention

Contact details are stored separately from public chain data and are accessible only to us. We keep them until you ask us to delete them.
